Easily located on the ground level, our meeting rooms are the perfect place to host events of various sizes. Up to twelve 1,000 square foot breakout rooms compliment larger meetings and events and flex into a variety of sizes. Maximum capacity provides space for more than 200 guests and spacious pre-function areas are included in rental.

Our 36,000 square foot Brooks Exhibit Hall offers one continuous column free space, or two 17,000 square foot halls separated by air wall. This versatile space is carpeted and provides easy access to loading docks. Conveniently located near free parking, Brooks Exhibit Hall comfortably hosts large galas, general sessions, and trade shows.

The spacious 13,500 square foot Ballroom is located on the entire second level and includes 4,000 square feet of pre-function space. Ballroom All offers the flexibility to host a variety of events including banquets, meetings or small conferences. Ballrooms B,C and D may be separated and used for breakouts or smaller events needing a more luxurious feel.
